Just wondering who is with which agencies and if they think there any good? And what probelms you had with any?

I was with an agency for fashion 'The Model Academy' but had to pay for soooo much out, and got nothing im return :? (although it was a newish agency so I quess they hadn't built up a client base). Have just registered with Strutt promotions (in leicester), mackenzies models, Blues Agency and DLP (through bennetts babes).

Hiya oh im with Blues as well (well as of a few days ago :lol: :lol: ), but looking for other agencies. I think the major ones (for glamour anyway) are Sam bond, girl management, IMM and sugarbabes! Good luck hun

Yeh tried them numerous times with no reply :cry: Girl management said their books were closed for the time being. I'll try again soon! lol

I haven't had any work from agencies so far, I've been purely freelance.

Applied to a few now though as I'll be modelling full time before I go to uni.

I'm with Mackenzie models, So! Model Management & a few promotional agencies like Psuk.biz & Beautiful Minds.

Looking to apply to IMM & Sam Bond soon when I feel ready lol!

ah NEVER NEVER NEVER pay any agency any money hun! ok? They pay you when they start getting you work and take a cut of the money.

I am with sugarbabes,mackenzie models,summerkelle Promotions and so model management. Ive had some work from agencies but most my stuff is also freelance. Sugarbabes,so models and magik models are good for playboy work etc if you want to be in the major magazines like fhm,maxim etc most of their stuff if not all comes from agencies xxx

yeh i know that now, but it was my first agency and had never done any work or knew nothing of the industry. I was just told i had what it takes. At the time it seemed so legit, it was for training days, photoshoots (which alot of models pay for any way) z cards, the list goes on.... So wasn't until i met other models that I realised. I didn't want to do fashion modelling anyhow so began to think to myself why was i spending so much money on it! lol.
It was experience and i have learnt from it. I belive i am a better model for it as i am very cautious!

Wanted to apply to Magik but there website is not running at the moment. Had interest from other agencies such as supermodel, 10 model management and grid models . I dont know much of so! model managment. could you tell me a little more?

ah babe i know there is so many nasty agencies out there and loads of models end up paying stuff they have really good way with words tell you what you want to hear and it is so easy to end up paying them and not knowing which ones are legit.

At least you know now thats what matters and that your safe etc. So models are really good lovely girl Tanya that runs it they are fairly new but have alot of work coming in why not contact her and see if she can help? Link is on my contact me page on my website xxxx

oh and if supermodel are interested def snap them up they are a fab agency lots of my friends are with them and get lots of castings thru them xxx

Yeah contact Phil at Supermodel. I have an interview with him soon but want to get some more shots in my portfolio first.

Yep deff supermodels they are top class! Im with psuk.biz as well but am looking for another promo agency anyone with or no anything about grid models? I was on their site yesterday and they looked good?!

Yeah they do, I had an interview for them Saturday but I couldn't go. They told me to contact again to re-arrange.
